Can't see out of the playoffs, lottery pick Canes giving up a first for soon to be UFA Fleury. Would Fleury waive modified NTC for Canes?

If they're sellers, i could see them moving all 3 of Neal, Perron, and Marchessault, but they won't move Fleury.
