Byron or Hudon, and a 2nd from Montreal.
Either player would be similarly effective at both ends of the ice, with Byron being the better option and Hudon being more long term, but both being affordable for their current contract, opposed to Strome who costs more now, and may see a slight increase at the end of season when cap space is going to get tighter for the Oilers.
Caveat for Edmonton is that neither player is likely to be a top 6 offensive fixture.
Caveat for Montreal is that they are paying for potential that may never be realized.
I feel like it works for both teams and is fair enough value to make it a worthwhile gamble for both.

Hes an offensive third line centre that would have to fit into a third line that you expect to score some. I personally feel that he is better suited for centre then the wing.

Then that would be a good fit for the rangers letting David D slot to 4th line center/ press box

Yea, I was thinking one for one with Kreider but he's not out for the year. I'd do something of Grabner for Strome I think
