laugh laugh And you honestly believe that Tavares @ 7 x 12 and Carlson @ 4 x 6 are offers they can't refuse, TSN says that Tavares could get 7 x 15 and Carlson is seeking 8 x 8 none of your offers are any where close to those two figures.

Maybe if you actually read it properly you would realize they are close to those figures. And the only reason those figures are so high is because teams like Vancouver and Arizona could afford to get both of them for however much money they want (except Arizona has an internal cap). If they go to a contender they would not get as much.

Bottom line is there's no way either Tavares or Carlson would sign with either Arizona or Vancouver as both are still in the rebuilding phase and neither Chayka or Benning are going to over spend to bring both players within their respective organizations. So who cares if those two can offer them the most money neither are going to commit there any ways.

I take back my 5 star rating by the way, just noticed you traded stecher, hes their best defenseman and hes young too. Plus you also traded granlund, another bad move.
