it just seems to make a lot of sense as LA really needs a top 4 D badly, Calgary needs a RW seems to make sense, just dont see it happening in season.... LA has some skilled players coming and could probably move on from Toffoli to help their backend.

Personally I think when we are able to separate Johnny/Monny it will make this team more dominate, adding another shooter to play on this team will probably push us over the edge.

Nope. Brodie plays about 20 to 24 minutes a game and is Calgary’s top skating defenceman. That would leave a HUGE hole with no one to replace him. Value wise, it is a decent trade but it makes no sense with Calgary fighting for a playoff spot. Maybe Valimaki and Kylinton plus a pick for Toffoli but in saying that, the Kings would be stupid to trade him.
