Description
Beyond the trades, I could honestly see Bowman making a run at Panarin, Hjalmarsson and perhaps even John Tavares this summer...So the emphasis really isn't how the Hawks get these players it's on the roster itself ...... Because honestly I do see the Hawks signing Panarin again and I believe that was the intent of Bowman all along, and I think the likelihood of Hammer returning is great - the only crazy signing here is Tavares....

He's a UFA after next season, and I wouldn't be shocked if Bowman signed him.. I wouldn't be shocked if trading him for Saad then making a run at him as a UFA was Bowman's plan all along.

You can bet he would love to come back to Chicago and play with Kane again.... Those two fit each other like a glove.

At his present cap hit....

Hawks retain 2 per on Seabrooks contract, the Hawks could get a quality player.

At 4.875 per he's worth a 2nd round pick and a decent prospect..

Ideally trading Seabrooks full contract would be nice, but that's not to say the Hawks cant trade him for a decent return if Bowman retains.
