Probably not but that’s why Zona would take it. Realitically though he’d be a target. They aren’t trading Domi for nothing.

The thing is, Arizona is the one looking to trade Domi away, in these situations teams usually get a package of picks and maybe a prospect.(not a top prospect if picks are involved)

ie the Dougie Hamilton trade for one 1st and two 2nds

or the Griffen Rienhart trade

the Phil Kessel trade

If Arizona trades Domi, it's to wipe a clean slate on him and start over.

Yup, they will be looking for picks or young player in return. They won’t be taking on vets or mariginal talent. If it’s a player it will be a a young player on his ELC like Kapanen or Dermott as an example. Probably looking for a 1st and 3rd. Most likely they’d take a 1st and walk away.
