      That's an insane over-payment for Trouba's 60-some games a season...

      and a gross underpayment on Stone. Ottawa doesn't give up their second best player under team control for that.

      They aren't spending any money until they get a new stadium in place and cash that Seattle check. If they're a playoff team by that point, they'll start spending money. That's a lot of ifs and at least 2 1/2 seasons away. Until then, you're looking at a cap floor club looking for bargain contracts.
      Also, I think your trade valuations are mostly off.
