Yep! He was the backup goalie and looked decent when pressed into a higher workload. But he was just decent, so I didn't expect him to ever be a viable starter. I'm glad I was wrong!
iirc he was also the fourth-string goalie on the wild in 2013-14 before getting called up and playing lights out in round 1 vs. colorado
