Description
Seems like thats where he’ll end up. This is what I expect it to look like. It’d be crazy if Spooner then got dealt again by the rangers. He’ll be a pending RFA.

Boston will need to open cap space for Nash if he’s only going for picks

Very true, didn’t even consider that. May Miller is in the deal too then, instead of that 4th rounder

This follows up my last thread about mcquaid being dealt. I assume it would be a 1st, Mcquaid and a prospect. Maybe some salary retained with another pick involved? There’s gotta be salary retained for him to fit in Boston.

I’ve fixed the trade so now it is salary cap compliant. Forgive me if I’m wrong buy Spooner has a higher cap hit than McQuaid right? The deal I have in place should be compliant and if I’m the Rangers, I take that immediately.

It's probably like Nash for a 1st 2nd Donato, Grzelcyk and Beleskey. 2nd and Grzelcyk added to take back Beleskey contract.

That’s a ton to give up. Maybe they do it with Belesky involved but I think the trade above is far more likely. Its compliant and beneficial towards both sides.

Keep dreaming. Nobody is paying that for a guy averaging under half a point a game,

1st is his max value. Might get a mid level prospect thrown in. Teams overpay at the deadline.

That’s his asking price man. And if you want him you gotta free up some cap space. Nash is a fantastic two way player still.

You aren’t getting Donato.

I’d give the first for Nash and a high end prospect if you take Beleskey. Othetwise you can keep him.
