Additional Details:
Holtby x 3 years = OEL x 1 year; Orpik only has 1 year left, Burka more than compensates for his large 1 year contract - Kuemper/Domi to even it out (ARZ wont need Kuemper w/ Holts; they've been looking to move Domi); mid/lower level picks/prospects can be added to either side if needed

To play devils advocate, I'd ask the following:

1. Would Holtby really accept a trade to ARZ? I would imagine they are one of the 7 teams he list as a "won't go to"

2. Why would ARZ want to acquire Holtby? Chayka came out and said part of the reason they traded Smith was because it made no sense to use so much of the teams internal cap on a goalie.

Don't get me wrong. Holtby is light years better than Smith, but if your ARZ and operating in one of the lowest salary pools, do you really want almost 10% of your cap going to a goalie?

No chance AZ accepts no matter how much I love this trade. Kane will want more. So will Domi
