Pretty realistic. But, the cap concerns me a little bit, considering Matthews+Marner will take up 16-17 mil the year after.

He let JVR walk and only signed guys to one year deals, not much else you can do to save cap space.
I would definitely lock up nylander for 2/3 years long than that even if it cost an extra million per.

If Ozhiganov does come id think the leafs would move one of Carrick, Borgman, Rosen, Holl. Because Those 5 along with Liljegren and Neilsen will likely be fighting for that last spot on the 3rd pair. Liljegren and Neilsen will probably make the complete jump when Gardiner and Hainsey move on.
I don't mind the Thornton move because I would rather keep ample cap space for Marner/Matthews/Kapanen the following season, and maybe find enough room for Gardiner, but I don't see how it helps the team that much. they would probably be better performance wise trying to get bozak on a 3-4m/ year for 3 seasons, or trying to keep JVR and moving Nylander to that 3rd C spot.
