Teams: Florida, Montreal, Vegas(If they miss out on Karlsson) are the most realistic. I'd ask for a top 4 RHD that can skate + top 6 forward + 2nd. Might be too much, but Letang is considered a #1D around the league still.

I've said it before and will say it again, simply because of Fleury, LV is Tanger's #1 choice destination other then PIT. Letang also isn't going to cost them anywhere near what Karlsson will. I would be happy with Theodore, Holm and a couple of 2nd's.

Because points are the only indication of talent are they? He doesn't shoot the puck enough, he isn't a great skater, his defensive play is questionable at times, and yeah, he isn't on a playoff team but 3 years in and he's not getting better like most players do. I'd take Sprong anyday.
