      There was a big stink early in the season about Lupul claiming he was healthy and that the leafs doctors were cheating the system by not clearing him. Also there was the thing where Soshnikov went to the AHL on conditioning stint after an injury and played really well, only for him to be put back on IR despite clearly having been healthy. the reason for that seems to have been the leafs were already carrying a full roster and him coming off IR would require them waiving and likely losing someone. Both cases came across as Lou Lamoriello cheating the system and seemed pretty sketchy

      Going to have to give up a lot more to get Hoffman from Ottawa. Giving up too much on Johanssen and Teravainen. Geting Green would be useless would be a 3rd pairing dman.

      Oh I thought it wasn't enough to get Johansson so I added another depth player for Jersey later
