You're gonna have to pay Kase and Montour about a million more each, but the Cap for next season is going to be around $80M, so it shouldn't be an issue.
Terry and Steel are offensive guys, so I'd recommend moving them up in the lineup and/or giving them power play time, since they will not prosper in a 4th line role. I'd also re-sign Grant since he's younger, can PK, and win faceoffs. Max Jones isn't NHL ready. He hasn't really developed since he was drafted due to injury, so he will need some time in the AHL.
Last thing, Manson doesn't PP. Put Montour in there.

I agree with the RFA issue. They will each get more lol. Im working on another fun idea with trying to remove Perry. Manson improved a lot offensively however this season scoring the most assists on the D if im not wrong so thats why I put him there over Monty. I think the youngsters will sit lower on the forth line but be used almost as a second third line for energy and speed (depending on who the coach is)
