It's a Friday at work and things are slow, so let's rebuild the Wings! The trades are made mostly to shed salary, but also to send established NHLers for prospects who either might need a change of scenery, or the organization isn't really using them. They have high upside, but it seems to be low risk considering we are freeing up salary space. The only guy I couldn't really figure out was DDK, but his value seems all over the place. Edmonton could use a D and KH loves his Michigan boys (R. Mantha), so why not? Mantha, Larkin, AA, Bert on bridge deals until we figure out what kind of players they are. Witkowski back to D as a 7 (if Adam Mcquaid can do it, so can he), Cholowski and Rasmussen making the lineup out of training camp. Khudobin is a great backup and gets a raise from his 1.2m salary now. I didn't factor in any 2018 draft picks because we don't know where we're picking. I tried balancing our D to add RH shots (Mantha, Wit), but we're well short in the forward department, which can be solved through the draft.
