I like the trade. I think Brodin would be a. a good partner for weber and b he will be an top 4 dman

Meh, I don't think so if Price and Weber play up to their normal level. The roster that made it to the ECF back in '14 was worse than this, but having an all-star goalie can get you far. Not saying this is a real contender by any stretch, and the competition's gotten tougher in the East, but I think it's a playoff team.

The depth on the wing is pretty good (I think Zadina can be good for 20+ goals right away next season)... and Statsny would be pretty much the best center we've had in the last 6 years, which is a good indication of how awful we are at C, but still it'd be an upgrade.
