Description

Lock down the core players and roll with them again next year. They already made a big trade for Tatar and don't have many holes to fill. Cody Glass put up 198 points in juniors over the last two years and could push for a spot in the lineup soon. This will leave them with almost 8 mil in cap space and more than 20 mil in 19/20 to lockdown Fleury, Tuch, and Schmidt and still have space to sign a big name player from the 19/20 FA class (Karlsson, Doughty, Wheeler, Panarin, Duchene)

I think Karlsson will use Draisaitl as a comparable and he is probably looking for more, Although, 6.5 is possible.
I think both Miller and Theodore are closer to 5 million per.
I'm a big fan of the Vegas story and another few years or this core group and working in some of their talented kids is a great idea.

I think these players could earn this much, but I don't believe McPhee will hand out such big contracts to players who've only had such success for one year in the league. Is it sustainable? That's the biggest question facing Vegas going forward

As long as this team wins, I don't think Vegas will feel the need to overpay for any incoming UFAs. I think you're $$$$ signings are pretty accurate.
