See the first trade wouldn't work because it is quantity for quality all it is is a cap dump not going to work. Close but Carlson isn't going to sign with NJD. Just stick with Butchy on the first line. I do think JT is a huge possibility in NJD. I want to see if Hall, Tavares, and Palmieri will actually happen.

Jersey is about the only team other than the Caps he WOULD sign with, not sure where your getting your info from.

If Hynes were smart, JT would center a first line with Johannsson and Palmieri 1A
Hall would hang with the kids (Bratt, Nico) on line 1B
Zajac gets the texas twins
Boyle teaches Wood and Zacha

Devs/Rags dont do the first one because it haves potential to hurt them each. KK throws a few goose eggs vs us and Zuc has games of his life vs them

You don't actually know that. It is all speculation. You don't know what he is thinking. No need to attack me for what I have said.

You stated "carlson isn't going to sign in nj". How is it you know what he is going to do, but I dont?

Well actually I do, I know a family member.
What he IS thinking is he wants to stay in Wash. If he leaves, Jersey is an option. I didn't attack you, just corrected you with facts.

NJD is actually the top choice team besides the Caps to sign him. he was born here and almost all his family lives here and we will contend for a long time. Tavares we are probably the number 1 suitor for him cause he lives in jersey and we check all his boxes

It could work. The more I read about Carlson the more I’m inclined to pass. He’s bound to be overpaid and we could get hurt if he spend more than $7.5M on him. Tavares.... complete opposite. He would have the biggest overnight impact in our team’s history.
