This is actually a very scary team. They would definitely make the playoffs and perhaps make a deep run. I think it all depends on which Mike Smith we will see.
Contracts are ok, however Perron might re-sign with vegas, this is still a very good possibility. 4 stars

I really like Vanek on the 2nd line, could fit really well. Perron kind of scares me because he's had the one big year in Vegas so if it's just a flash in the pan the Flames could be saddled with a big contract.

couple things i think parsons playing full time in the ahl would be better than the maybe 20 games he will get here. seeings how youve landed ufas which are in a sense free i think you can use an assets and create a trade for a back up with a combination of prospects. or sign rittich and gillies let them battle it out in camp. kulak should be resigned along with shore. i believe shore will be that 4th line center instead of lazar. its boring but i like what you have here.
