Dont think Phil wants to leave the Pens, probably the Pens who want to split from him. Arizona may not even be a bottom feeder next season too.

Yeah Phil Kessel will probably only want to go to a contending team pretty sure of that. Arizona still isn't a playoff team. So they go maybe from 5th worst possibly to 10 worst if they're lucky.

Yeah Kessel has an eight team trade list and I'm just guessing here but I doubt that Arizona is on it. If Pittsburgh wants to trade Kessel then he is in control of the reins. Kessel will probably not be traded because my guess is everyone who talks to them about a trade is going see it as a salary dump for Pittsburgh. Therefore; the offers will be underwhelming. Like a drowning man receiving an anvil for help.
