Description
Had to delete my last post because all the bitching back on forth in the comments about something completely irrelevant. I think maybe the way I executed the trade confused some people as well, so I changed that.

This would be a circumstantial draft day trade only:
IF NYI feels like they need to move up and snag a guy they really like or they'll miss out;
IF DET feels like the drop off from 6th to 10th is not significant in player talent;
IF EDM feels like they're not really in love with anyone available at 10th

DET gets – 10th, 11th, 12th
DET loses – AA, 6th, 2nd rd

EDM gets – HoSang, AA
EDM loses – 10th

NYI gets – 6th, DET 2nd rd
NYI loses – 11th, 12th, HoSang

I love this but i think edm needs to send one more piece to nyi to get the islanders on board. Awesome idea. Love the idea of the wings having 4 1sts lol

I posted in the other but Ho Sang and 11 and 12 isn't worth 5 spots. I think you're looking at best 12+ the two seconds this year plus another minor d prospect or CGY's second next year to make the jump.

If on draft day the Isles see a guy they want available at 6 and don’t think he’ll be there at 11, and don’t really see another guy that interests them, then I think this trade could definitely happen. Especially since it seems HoSang will never get an opportunity for them anyways

What motivates Edmonton, here? They have four centers better than AA, and three wing prospects better than JHS. They're set in goal and at left D.

They're going to either keep that pick or trade it for a right handed number one defenseman. My money's on Carlson.

So you think they are going to trade the 10th overall pick for an unrestricted free agent?

AA mostly plays wing. He and McDavid are the two fastest guys in the league. I would love to see them on a line together.
