I feel like White and Pageau will play very well in that role. A few lost draws on Whites part early in the year but should have the lungs to be competitive there. Pageau has also showcased himself well when he isn't playing with anchors

You have competition between White Brown and Pageau for 2C. The Sens won't be a perfect team overnight but brining in another 2C when you already have two possibilities would be a poor long term decision. Also 2Cs are overcosted when there is already a high demand.
