Heard a rumor that Detroit could be interested in Pacioretty since they also need offense after finishing the last
season with only 7 more goals for then the habs and that

I haven't heard any rumor of Detroit being interested in Pacioretty, There's talk that Detroit wants to move up in the draft and as high as #3. No way Detroit is dealing the #6 pick for Patches they'd give it up for Hanifin before Pacioretty any day of the year Detroit needs D not more wingers.

I didn't hear any rumors about Detroit wanting Patches. Plus we're rebuilding so it doesn't make sense. Detroit is interested in Dobson, Kotkaniemi, and Bouchard with their 1st. The rumours of them willing to move their 6OA pick is Holland trying to figure out a way he can draft Kotkaniemi AND Dobson/Bouchard. Seeing how we're exploring trading down, I think Dobson is the guy management wants.

Not very interesting for the Wings. They need defense in the supply chain and taking on Patches contract doea not make sense and faking the 6th IS pick for him doea not make any sense for the Wings at this time. Good try but it would be a definite no.
