Description
Hextall gets a solid 3C in Rask for Gudas.
Simmonds (even though I'm a fan of his), slows his line down. He's basically a PP specialist, and Patrick has shown he can fill in that spot. His contract is manageable for the year. The Flyers throw CHI a bone and pick up a good chunk of it along with 2 prospects and Weal for the NSH 1st Rounder.
Roussel signing gives them a good PK'er with some offensive skill for a reasonable term and amount.
Pateryn is a solid physical defenseman who could come in and be that 6th or 7th defenseman (if Myers isn't ready).

If we're paying $1.5 million of Simmonds salary it should fit just fine when the cap rises.

Possibly one of the worst lopsided deals that I have seen on here... and the Caps GMs do some real stinkers.
