In terms of trade value it seems fair if not a little less on the dallas end, but despite that it's a decent trade

Yeah, I was real close to not putting Nyberg in the deal, but Guri has slumped a little bit over the last month and a half, so I threw in an extra piece to cement the deal. Thanks for the response though. I appreciate the feedback.
