Hoffman's value may have taken a hit, but it didn't take this big of a hit. Regardless of the off the ice issues, Edmonton isn't getting a 60+ point guy for a cap dump that's going to cost $6M for the next 5 years. This trade absolutely does not happen.

Regardless of what his Gf did off the Ice, Hoffman is one of the better goal scorers in the league.

There is a 0% OTT takes on Lucic awful contract and giving up their best offensive players in 1v1 trade.
