1. Rasmus Dahlin (Buffalo Sabres) (Details: Was there any question who was going to go number 1?).
2. Andrei Svechnikov (Carolina Hurricanes) (Details: Could also draft Zadina and pair up Necas and Zadina again but why not pick the best player available?).
3. Filip Zadina (Montreal Canadiens) (Details: Zadina could go 2 3 4 or even 5! After Dahlin the draft is so foggy.).
4. Brady Tkachuk (Ottawa Senators) (Details: The Sens will take the strong power forward in Tkachuk. If they dont pick Tkachuk then you can bet the will go with Boqvist.).
5. Adam Boqvist (Arizona Coyotes) (Details: Arizona needs an offensive defensemen and with Boqvist they get it.  Chychurn and Boqvist will be a scary combo.).
6. Quinn Hughes (Detroit Red Wings) (Details: The Red Wings are i need of a defensive prospects and they get one with Quinton Hughes.).
7. Noah Dobson (Vancouver Canucks) (Details: Its rather Dobson or Bouchard and they take the bigger option.  Dobsons value sky rocketed in the memorial cup.).
8. Oliver Wahlstrom (Chicago Blackhawks) (Details: Hawks go with bouchard or wahlstrom and again in this case they take the best player available.).

Capitals won the cup, So their pick is #31 Detroit from Vegas gets #30 not #31.

Dallas doesn't need a two-way guy. They need a pure goal scorer. If Veleno and Kotkaniemi are both off the board at #13, I fully expect them to look at Kupari more than Hayton. Kupari is the better offensive talent of the two.

I dont agree. Seguin is still not that old and by the time Hayton is ready seguin will still be in his prime.
