DSP just walks? Why not give that deal to Kempny instead of Cole?

To be honest, I completely forgot Kempny, but I would bring him back. Someone is gonna overpay for DSP, he was great in playoffs but overall, he's not worth an investment. I would much rather sign Cole to bring more options to the blueline.
