    That Edmonton deal is not good for the Sens. Sens need to lock this guy up long term. Replace Rubstov with Frost as Ottawa doesn't like Russians for some reason in the Philly trade.

    As stated, Frost isn't going anywhere. Only way I would even consider trading for Karlsson is if a new deal is already in place and it isn't $11 mil per year. The difference in Ghost's ability and Karlssons is not $6.5 mil per year.

    That trade would be based on an extension, not for 1 year of Karlsson.
