      25% cap rule thing and it was between him and Nash. We already have Hayes, so...

      Nash has the NMC co most likely there will be some weird thing that forces protection or has massive penalties associated with it so, Stepan is a casualty but the best scenario is if that's true then you trade him before the draft (at the deadline) to get assets (prospects and thus protected automatically) to a team that could protect him, that's the best case scenario and the smartest scenario, same for Klein or with the move it would allow to protect Klein

      Gorton will Protect Stepan Before Hayes. Look recent post on blueseatblogs.com. Step and Brass need to be protected. Rangers problems lie elsewhere(doesn't need to be said)

      Nash will have a ntc at the time of expansion, same as girardi. They say nmc will have to be protected, not limited ntc. We will see though. Personally I'd keep Stepan before Hayes or kreider
