Over pay for patches. Remember walman is mosy likey an A prospect for defensemen, plus a A prospect forward plus a 1st round that there is over pay.

Yeah that's possible. Could put in Schmaltz instead, or rather rights to him.

I saw that too, but I can't imagine the Coyotes would trade Stepan for Steen. Maybe Steen and picks for Dvorak or Fisher?

Fischer would be ideal. Would then need to trade those meant for Patches for a top 6 center.

Steen also has a full NTC so I doubt he waives for Arizona
