Deal with STL and MTL
I highly doubt STL will trade Parayko for picks. Granted, that MTL pick is #3, but the blow they would take on the blue line wouldn't be worth a prospect that might pan out in a few years.

Parayko
If Doug Armstrong picked up the phone to that trade he would probably immediately hang it up. The Blues think too much of Parayko to trade him for that package. If the Blues trade him it will be for a big name player. That being said, your trade was a pretty fair trade, but STL will milk all they can out of Parayko if they wanted to trade him.
I like Puljujarvi and think he has a high ceiling, but STL will want a player that is proven in return for Parayko.

Knights
Like. No big FA signings? I think they'll land at least one. Although, you did make the E. Karlsson trade so that's big enough. The W. Karlsson contract is going to be the most interesting. 2 years of mediocre play and 1 year of extremely good play. Luckily for him he has arbitration rights.

I think this goes without saying, but why would JT sign a 4 year deal?

Blues
I agree that the Blues have too many "B" prospects (Jaskin, Sunny, Barby, Sanford, maybe Blais) and need to make room for some "A" prospects (Thompson, Thomas, Kyrou, Kostin, Walman). If the Blues were comfortable with injecting some of the "B" prospects into their AHL team I would be okay with keeping more, but I am afraid they will keep them on the main roster. Not all the "A" prospects should play next year, but some should have the opportunity.

Bouncing back(feedback please)
Criticisms:
• Schmaltz cap is more in the 1m range
• Edmundson cap is between 3-4m x 3-4 years
• Unless the Blues trade Allen, I can not imagine a scenario where Hutton will sign with the Blues. It would be ideal, but he has said publicly that he is looking for a #1 position. That being said, if the Blues trade Allen, Hutton will get the 2.5m plus a little more. Probably in the 3m range.
• Jaskin will get 1-2 years.
• I believe MTL and Fabbri are a good fit, and the value that you have given him is appropriate, but I think Doug will roll the dice on Fabbri this year, unless he is packaged as part of a bigger deal. He will have a low cap hit with a potentially high reward. I’m in the trade Fabbri camp, that guy is one knee injury away from needing a wheelchair.
• Personally, I am a fan of Gunnarsson. I don’t think he will be bought out. He is a solid shut-down defenseman with a reasonable cap.

Tyler Johnson
I compare Tyler Johnson's value to that of Brayden Schenn. Both have similar numbers. PHI got 2 first round picks and Jori. Lets be honest though, one of those firsts was to take that terrible contract from the Blues, so arguably the price for a good second line center is roughly 1 first round pick. Let's say without Jori in the deal, PHI would have gotten 1 first and a 3rd. I would still consider that a good value. I think the above trade is stretching a little bit, but isn't out of the realm of possibilities. Remove one of Schmaltz or Walman and add a lower tier prospect and I would consider that trade perfect from the Blues perspective. TB will likely not want the cap hit of Sobotka because the reason they are moving TJ is for cap reasons.

Should they consider a Tarasenko move?
91 is a game changer. I think it is extremely unlikely he'll be traded; however, if 99 can be traded, anything is possible. I think it is more likely the Blues deal their other prospects for short term improvements.
