This team isn't lacking chemistry. Its lacking talent.

Plus if it was as easy as sticking 3 players of the same nationality together to get chemistry, teams would be doing this more often. It doesn't happen. Precisely because chemistry can come from differing opinions, thoughts, styles, languages etc.
