Thats 3 1st rounder (Bellows went 16th in 2016) for Karlsson. Pretty great value if you ask me especially if you consider Karlsson is not motivated to stay. I'd leave the goalie swap out of it. Bellows is a great player

That trade would signify a rebuild for Ottawa.

Bellows, Pulock, 11th OA pick and 12th OA pick in this draft is a good start

Plus they'reconsiderably reducing salary which allows to extend Stone and Duchene long term without much problem, and even not care about Ryan's salary for now.
