Looks reasonable and probable though Smith-Pelley and Kempny may be looking for a little more which would push your 1.4M cushion. Very tight situation but very likely they sign Carlson for what you propose

Every contract looks about right. I do think Carlson will get around 8.3-8.5/per and Wilson will get around 4/per since he's now on first line and producing. Other than those I think everything is spot on. You have a lot of guys called up so with those contracts sent down Caps probably have around 3.8M left over. I would think they probably don't re-sign Jerabek since they have Djoos and Bowey. Hoping when Colorado buys out Orpik we re-sign him at most around 2M for one year as Djoos and Bowey continue to develop. Would still leave about 1.8M in cap space for call ups.
