You want to trade the guy who was on the ice for five even strength goals against in a game 7 for a solid 3-4 defenseman AND a good prospect? C'mon.

Lol I've figured out there is absolutely no fair trade for Jake Gardiner on this site. Either your an idiot for trading him for picks or prospects when people think you could get way more for him, or you get bashed for trying to get him for too much because he was a -5 in game 7. I'm honestly interested in what anyone thinks would be a good trade for both sides involving Jake Gardiner.

I'm not sure he fits a need for the Sharks.

Keep in mind you're trading now when his last game was that game 7. Might not be the most ideal time? His value isn't what it probably really is right now.

TOR needs defense, so I'm not sure why you'd want to just swap defense players. TOR needs to improve on what they have.
