Can't pile on crap and expect them to take it... Need to give up Nylander in order for this to go down.

You wouldn’t be sending Kadri but this would be cool

Not exactly Nylander. He’s going to leave for nothing. They would take this

No they wouldn't you just got the best FA in the last 20 years... They're not going to hand him over to a division rival and there's no chance you can resign him.

Kadri, Sparks and Bracco are key pieces here. Not to mention the depth + two 1st rounders. If Liljegren gets in this deal somehow I think they take it immediately - could possibly remove a 1st rounder.

when one of your "key pieces" is a 25 year old goalie who has 3 times as many ECHL games as NHL games, you know your trade is a joke

Kadri is a huge piece here.. and since when is 25 old for a goaltender - or any player stuck in the minors for that matter? It took Dubnyk multiple years and organizations to develop into what he is today.

And what leverage does OTT have here? They just watched Tavares leave the Islanders in turmoil (maybe not literally but in terms of what they could have acquired via trade earlier in the process)

This is all probably hypothetical but the Sens have to move him for something, no?

Their leverage is that they will get 20 better offers than this
