Thank you for taking the time to put together a team and publish the said team.

A few thoughts:

1. I do not think Mittelstadt will be starting out as the #2C. I believe that Berglund will be the #2C allowing Mittelstadt to develop at the #3C position;

2. I see GMBots starting Thompson, Olofsson & Nylander in Rochester..... This would move Sobotka to the #2LW and ERod the #3LW as it will give Casey & ERod a chance to get to know each other;

3. I think until they are traded the 4 Line will be Wilson (he will not be traded) on the LW, Larsson in the center and Girgensons on the RW.... this moves Pommers to the #3RW;

4. If Housley has Dahlin playing RHD then I see his D partner being Scandella;

I know Sabres fans on CF are not very happy with the trade of ROR but I personally think GMBots did a nice job in moving him.

Thanks for the effort nice job!!!!

I agree, the trade was excellent, it makes the roster much more flexible. Still so many more questions than answers going forward though. He will unlikely play more than 60 games, but if he still has the ability, Bogo could be the ideal partner to Dahlin, through his experience and size and sneaky skating ability. I also agree many of the younger players start in Rochester, but with a shot like Olo it will be hard to justify leaving him there long.

Cant wait to see what happens in training camp. I expect most will be sent down.

If GMBots is able to find a new home for Larsson & Girgensons that would open roster spots for the younger players. I could also see GMBots trying to move Baptiste as well. I think he holds onto Bailey since his year was a throw away last year due to injury.

I agree with your assessment on Bogo. I think he is a low risk high reward player for the organization. If he is healthy he has the game you want from a RHD if he is injured you throw him on LTIR and pick up the cap relief even though now cap space is not a major concern for 18/19.
