Description

Following the rumours sending EK to NYI here’s my attempt.

Ottawa gets good pieces in Barzal, Leddy and stock up on picks. They also get rid of Anderson (asked for a trade) and Ryan’s contract.

NYI get EK for a year and perhaps playoffs. They get a chance to sign him long term, altough he probably won’t.
They get a vet RW in Ryan and a vet goalie in Anderson.

Also, Smith is traded for a goalie and pick to the tougher western conference: Vancouver

why on earth would vancouver trade a 2nd and NIlsson for smith? smith is a 4th liner thats worth a 4th round pick
and i dont see any trade you can make that will get NYI to trade barzal,
