Good trades, although I feel the Canucks would win a lot of these trades just based on value.
Juolevi will probably crack the NHL roster, so no need to sign DeMelo.
Virtanen aint gonna make 5 million dollars. Maybe a 2 year, 2.5 million bridge deal.
Goldobin probably gets on the roster as the 13th forward, but I agree with starting out Gaudette in the AHL, so that he can maximize his playing time, while developing himself with other prospects like Dahlen, Lind, Brisebois and Gadjovich.

I'm not 100% sold on Juolevi yet however he did well in Finland last year. I actually had Goldy in the roster and think he'll get a better chance this year. Gaudette needs a bit of time with the Comets I think but will be back and forth this season. I did overvalue Vert which is why I'm going to change that.
