I don't think that William Nylander should be on the 2nd power play unit but switch him and kapanen and then put Nylander on d and put Marner on Lw. All in all I think you did a great job on the team and btw edm might not accept Leivo for a 3rd. But who know it's Chiarelli.

Then make it a 4th. I like Leivo and wish he could get into the lineup but its almost impossible for him to get in there. He can't kill penalties so he drops lower in the lineup since Babcock wants guys who can kill penalties on 4th line. He'll lose his spot to Ennis or someother guy who can help on the PK. I think he could get a chance to play on one of the top 2 lines and score a lot of points. It'll look like a steal of a deal for the Oilers.

Yes it would and i also do love leivo he has always done well when they call him up. But im guessing he doesnt like being in the minor but his team did win the calder cup.

They'd love to send him to the minors but he'd have to clear waivers and wouldn't. I think what might be the most likely thing to happen is he'll get picked up off waivers prior to the season starting. He won't make the team and no one wants to offer up a pick for him apparently so he may just be lost on waivers.

Marner was outstanding at right point on the PP when he was moved there for the last few months of the season. Kadri as played a lot of LW with Matthews and Nylander. Now Tavares might centre Marleau and ???? Nothing set in stone. Leafs will miss the "near the net" work of JVR.

Tavares will score more goals than JVR will this season. The Leafs miss nothing from last year and are significantly better than they were. As for the Powerplay, it'll be deadly.

Myers is a good right handed defenceman with limited offensive abilities. He's good but he's expensive and the Jets need to clear space for next year. He's the guy that needs to go on the right side but he's not going to get a huge return. Obviously its a deal that will need to be tweaked but its not going to change too too much.

What do you suggest should change?
