If the leafs picked up Tanev, and Skinner they'd be a serious contender if all the additions play up to potential.
Use Skinner as a one season rental.

If they were looking for a rental they would get a dman. Their forwards are stacked and still UFAs on the board they are passing on. They have like 10-15 free space this year so money is not the issue. They need dmen
