    I hate trading Liljegren but Im fine with this since the only difference between those two is their nationality. I look at their plays and how they look for me and they are roughly same players. Im fine with this..

    I agree, they both have a ton of potential, both RHD that the leafs are so desperate for. I think Fabbro plays a bit more of a physical game thats why i think he would be a better fit in Toronto, as he could eventually play more of a shutdown role and probably play on the top pairing.

    If that happens I would love Liljegren playing with Ekholm, fellow swede! That would fit nicely smile and Fabbro with Rielly is perfect two-way pairing

    Another reason why this could be a great deal for both sides. His fellow swede, Ekholm would be the perfect partner for Liljegren, he can let the kid skate the puck and cover for him defensively but also chip in on offense.
    Not to mention Dante Fabbro and Morgan Rielly are both BC boys...
