Signing Nylander on a bridge would be a bad move.
If Nylander gets sign and then goes out and had 70- 80 point season then you have to re-sign him he’s going to want at least 8-9 million . Currently I see him getting around 6-6.5 a season a get him to sign for around 6-7 years it will be able to help us cap wise.

If you get Nylander locked up long term and a reasonable deal like a ehlers or pasta type contract it helps the team money wise.
