For the last time Panarin doesn't want to play in Canada, But a major coastal US city. Like NYC, BOS, FLA or LA not hard to figure out.

So you give up a prospect, a late 1st which is like an 2nd round pick and a late 2nd which is like 3rd round pick. Many teams can beat that offer.

Probably. But it's a fair offer for one year of Panarin.

Also, a late first isn't like a second - it's just a late first. See the same for late second.
