Thank god for that, because the present is not so great. I'll definitely be paying closer attention to the Bsens than the beg squad.

Yea. The future is going to be even better when you get the package for Karlsson. If you ever do

It was nice seeing other people's thoughts on the B-Sens . I really want to see what Wolanin and Jaros can do together down there . Im interested to see what Boston Leier can do this year . had a pretty good end of the year last year with 6 points in 8 games. Good post

There's actually a lot to be excited about in Belleville. Wolanin-Jaros could easily be our 3rd pair in the NHL this year, so I'm expecting them to tear the house down. Those College FA signings actually looked really good in their brief time in the A down the stretch, you mentioned Leier was particularly impressive but the guy that has me excited is Andy Sturtz. they've also added a coach with a proven track record of not only winning at the AHL level, but developing players into winners at the NHL level. Add in the fresh faces like Brown, Luchuk, Batherson, and Gustavsson and you're looking at the most skilled the AHL team has been since it was full of guys like Stone and Hoffman.

between that and guys like JBD, Formenton, Tkachuk and my personal Darkhorse Jonathan Gruden all potentially showing at the Juniors, there should still be some meaningful hockey happening this coming season.

I’m super excited to see what Gruden can do. He put up almost point a game numbers in the USDP while not playing a lot with Hughes (wahlstrom and farrabee were Hughes main linemates). Think he could be a steal

he has all the tools to succeed. He's everything coaches love when they talk about players. he's fast, defensively responsible, plays super hard, and tough in the corners and he can play Centre or on the wing. That's why I think he can make the US Junior team. Coaches love having guys they can plug in anywhere. He can play on your top line and dig pucks out for the top line guys, he can be that centre you send out to win key faceoffs and play tough competition, he can even be a bang and crash guy on an energy line when needed.
