I hope you're right because there is so much potential for this squad to be special. They need another 2 years of top 5 draft picks to fill a couple more holes they have but they are on their way. I just don't have much faith in Benning or ownership to understand where they are at. I'm worried they think they are closer than they are and start going for it now. Which will kill their rebuild and chances of being a contender.

Boeser is a star scorer and Petterson looks like he'll be a star as well. But after that there are some okay prospects, apart from hughes, he's a special player.

What they still need to draft is another high end centre and right handed defenceman.
