I don't think Wilson is getting you two 2nd rd picks with his new contract. Over 5M to a guy who will score about 15 goals.

I agree the value is off there, but Wilson's value shouldn't be only based off of goal scoring. He gets no PP time, and is a solid PKer too. I think he's overpaid for sure, but if he can be a 40-50 point guy while contributing on the PK and continues to be a physical force on the ice, the contract is less painful.
