They look pretty good to me but I'd switch Gardiner and Rielly personally. I wouldn't want to put Gardiner in until the flow of the ot is established. The first 30-45 seconds can be hectic until everyone settles in so I'd rather have Rielly on for that. That's just my personal opinion though
