Thanks for signing two rather ordinary players to extension. With those extensions the Leafs have no cap room to sign real NHLers like Matthews and Marner. Nyquist and Faulk aren't that special, I'd take my chances on the development of Kapanen, Grundstrom, Borgman and the 1st rounder.

Trade away two top young NHL wingers for overpriced bad player and not a big upgrade at defense not to mention loosing 1,2,3 round picks and borgman,
